YDEJ series electromagnetic brake variable pole multi-speed three-phase asynchronous motor for tower crane luffing
YDEJ series electromagnetic brake three-phase asynchronous motor is composed of YD series motor and DC disc brake. The electromagnetic brake is mounted on the end cover of the motor at the non-extended end of the shaft. When the brake motor is connected to the power supply, the brake motor also works at the same time. Due to the electromagnetic suction, the electromagnet attracts the armature and compresses the spring, the brake disc is disconnected from the armature end cover and the brake motor starts to operate. When the power is cut off, the brake motor electromagnet loses magnetic suction, the spring pushes the armature to compress the brake disk, under the action of friction torque, the brake motor immediately stop running. It has the advantages of rapid braking, simple structure, high reliability and versatility, and is widely used in a variety of mechanical equipment and transmission devices that require rapid stopping and accurate positioning.
